Whatever a resident needs, it only ever takes one call. For you, that experience is the cheapest yield protection in the building.

The One Call promise

One call. That's all it ever takes.

A leak, the heating, a parcel gone missing, a question about a tenancy, a booking for Saturday. A resident calls once, or taps once, and it's handled. They are never passed between a managing agent and a letting agent, never told "that's not us." Because behind that one call, Living Way and JAR are already one team, running the apartment and the building together.

Membership, not tenancy

Everyone in your building belongs.

In a mixed-tenure building, owner-occupier or renter, your tenant or another landlord's, it makes no difference. The community is open and free to everyone who lives there. No velvet rope, no one shut out, which is exactly why it lifts the whole building.

Owner-occupiers

Own and live in the building. Full members of the community, who can also call One Call for jobs inside their own apartment, handled by the same team and charged as a service.

Living Way tenants

Rent a Living Way-run apartment. The full experience: community, app and One Call.

Other tenants

Rent from another landlord in the building. Still full members of the community.

Move on but stay connected. Membership can travel across the buildings we run.
